The terms that apply to our website and subscription service. Please read them before you subscribe.

1. Acceptance

Using this website or subscribing means you accept these terms with Crescent Labs LLC ("Crescent Labs", "we"). When you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.

2. The service

Crescent Labs provides web design, software development and related work on a subscription basis. Requests join a queue and are worked on one at a time. We aim to finish typical requests in one to two business days; that figure is a target and depends on scope.

3. Pricing and payment

Plans run weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly at the rates on our pricing page, and add-ons such as the priority lane are charged on top. Fees are due as invoiced. Work that falls beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately and needs your approval first.

4. Pausing or ending your plan

You can pause or end your plan whenever you like by telling us. Ending takes effect once the current billing period finishes, and amounts already paid are not refunded unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

5. What we need from you

Please give us accurate information and timely feedback, make sure you are entitled to use any material you send us, and refrain from using the service for anything unlawful.

6. Ownership of the work

After a deliverable is paid for in full, it belongs to you. We keep our own tools, methods and earlier materials, and grant you the licence needed to use what we deliver. Third-party and open-source components stay under their own licences. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may show finished projects in our portfolio.

7. Confidentiality

Business information you share that is not public stays confidential and is used only to deliver the service.

8. No warranties

We take care over our work, yet the service and its deliverables are provided as they are, with no warranties beyond those the law requires.

9. Liability

As far as the law permits, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is capped at the fees you paid in the previous three months, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Suspension and termination

We may pause or end the service if these terms are breached or an invoice remains unpaid. Provisions that are meant to last beyond termination will continue to apply.

11. Governing law

The laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, govern these terms.

12. Updates

We may revise these terms. The version published on this page is always the current one.
