Getting started
What exactly is Crescent Labs?
We are a development studio that works like an extension of your own team. Instead of hiring per project, you subscribe and we handle design, engineering and upkeep in one place.
How many requests can I submit?
As many as you like. They join a queue and we work through them one at a time, so each one gets our full attention.
What kinds of things do you build?
Websites and landing pages, web apps, dashboards and admin panels, mobile apps, custom software, integrations and online stores, plus hosting, DevOps and ongoing maintenance.
How will I keep track of progress?
Every request lives on a Trello board and is discussed in Slack, so you can always see what is queued, in progress or finished.
What happens if the result is not right?
We keep refining it with you. There is no cap on the number of revisions.
How we work
Where do we talk day to day?
Mostly in Slack, for quick questions and updates. When something deserves a proper conversation, book a call and we will walk through it together.
Can I ask for changes after delivery?
Yes. Send revision notes as often as you need until the work matches your expectations.
How quickly are requests finished?
Most requests are completed in one to two business days. Larger ones take longer, and we agree on a timeline with you before we begin.
Is there a way to move faster?
Yes. The priority lane add-on costs $799 a month and gives you an extra request in progress at any time, plus priority placement in the queue.
Plans and billing
Which plans do you offer?
Weekly at $799 a week, monthly at $2,699 a month, quarterly at $2,429 a month (10% off) and yearly at $2,294 a month (15% off). The pricing page shows the full breakdown.
Can I pause or stop my plan?
Yes, at any time. Just tell us and we will handle it. Our Terms explain how it applies to your current billing period.
What if my project is bigger than a normal request?
Book a call. We will scope the work with you and agree the plan, timeline and price up front.
Will there be extra charges?
No surprises. The price of your plan is what you pay, and anything beyond the scope we agreed is discussed and approved by you first.
Privacy and ownership
How is my information used?
Only to run the service: staying in touch, organizing your project and invoicing you. The Privacy page explains it in full.
Who owns the finished work?
Once a deliverable has been paid for, you own it, as described in our Terms.
