2. What we gather

The information we hold falls into a few groups:

  • Details you provide: your name, work email, company, phone number, and anything you type into forms or messages.
  • Project material: briefs, files, access credentials and feedback you share so that we can do the work.
  • Billing records: invoices and payment status. Card data is handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
  • Technical data: basic device and browser details that our servers record whenever a page is requested.

3. Why we use it

We rely on this information to reply to enquiries, carry out your requests, keep the service running securely, invoice you, and meet our legal duties.

4. Who else sees it

We never sell personal data. A small number of vendors process it on our behalf, for example hosting, payment and collaboration tools including Slack and Trello, and only for the purposes above. We may also share information where the law requires it.

5. Cookies and third-party resources

The site sets no tracking cookies of its own. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, so Google may receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads. Your browser settings let you limit or block such requests.

6. How long we keep it

We hold information only while it is useful for the service or required for accounting and legal reasons, after which we delete or anonymize it.

7. Protecting your data

We apply sensible technical and organizational safeguards. Even so, no system is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection.

The service is meant for businesses, not for anyone under 13. If we learn that data from a child has reached us, we remove it.
